Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large, successful, and growing non-profit Healthcare company seeking a dynamic and energetic Director of Operations. The company owns two very busy Medical Centers (9,000 patients) located in Lakewood, NJ. The Director of Operations will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of the Centers and working with staff and Medical Center employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure high-quality standards of care. The focus of this position is to develop and implement strategies to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiencies to provide an exceptional experience for patients, providers, and staff.
The ideal candidate will have :
- A deep understanding of clinical operations in healthcare facilities (i.e., Medical centers, large Physician groups, Urgent Care(s), Hospitals, etc.);
- Experience in leading a team;
- A background in project management, operational efficiencies, and systems;
- Experience in health care operations; writing policies, procedures, and protocols;
- Experience leading and mentoring a team;
- Demonstrated experience in identifying processes and performance problems and implementing solutions to optimize performance and patient and provider engagement;
- Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and communications skills;
- Familiarity with the Lakewood community.
The Director of Operations reports to the COO and must be on-site. Salary, benefits, bonuses, and other perks are offered.
