Recruit Secure is collaborating with a well known Assisted Living Community that holds 100 residents. The community is located in the Alaqua Lakes section of Florida. They are looking for an experienced Director of Wellness (for direct hire) to join their team. The Director of Wellness will be responsible for providing quality care and services to the facilities residents. This includes providing leadership and mentoring services to nursing staff. As the Director of Wellness you will be working closely with the Assistant Director of Wellness, and the Executive Director. Responsibilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Train, mentor and supervise clinical team members within the community.
- Manage the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity while providing quality care as their healthcare needs change.
Requirements
- Valid RN nursing license is required. LPN's are considered with sufficant experiance.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a clinical leadership role in an Assisted Living home is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology and EMR proficiency.
