Recruit Secure is collaborating with a stable and highly successful healthcare company that owns several Assisted Living facilities (ALFs) in NJ and is looking for an experienced, energetic and compassionate Full-time LPN for direct hire to their team. The LPN will be responsible for to cover the 3-11 shift at their Livingston, NJ facility. The LPN is expected to utilize their clinical expertise to ensure all residents receive high quality, efficient care. Additionally, the LPN is anticipated to assure compliance with all DOH, State and Federal regulations and to meet the corporate policies and goals of the company. The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience within Assisted Living environments, be a licensed LPN, have demonstrated nursing skills, have a strong ability to work with their teams, have strong EMS and eMAR skills, and have an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry. Requirements
- Valid, NJ LPN certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Assisted Living clinical setting
- Working experience alone, on a team, and on projects start to finish
- Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills
- Dedication to the medical field, especially towards working with the residents
- Patient charting, patient care
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, and follow’s DOH guidelines and protocols.
