Financial Management Consulting Firm seeks a proven candidate with at least 3-5 years of audit experience. The Firm provides Specialized Compliance Examination Services to Clients throughout North America in the Commercial / Retail Real Estate (Shopping Centers) and Franchise Industries. We're looking for a long-term employee who wants to grow within our business. The role includes Technical Review of Financial Data and Client Support Services.
- Work closely with the President and CEO to ensure the performance of professional services, client support, and special projects
- Collaborate with staff on services and planning
- Review completed fieldwork and draft reports and provide feedback / recommendations to the team as needed
- Research and resolve questions and technical issues with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service
- CPA certification or CIA / CFE credential preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required (Master's Degree a Plus)
- 5 years of experience in public accounting, demonstrating analytical, and quantitative skills with effective supervisory and organizational skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Commercial Leases / Shopping Center Leases / Franchise Agreements / Lease Administration / Lease Accounting a Plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including high level and day-to-day activity
- Strong MS Office (Expert Excel & Word) experience a must
