Responsibilities:
- Front‑Desk Reception: Greet visitors, answer and route calls with a clear, professional voice, and manage incoming mail and deliveries.
- Correspondence & Drafting: Prepare and proofread letters to election officials and the Secretary of State’s office, ensuring accuracy in grammar, numbers, and legal terminology.
- Ballot Proposition Support: Assist in drafting, proofing, and formatting the specific proposals that will appear on ballots, collaborating closely with attorneys and election specialists.
