Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects across business units from start to finish. This role involves planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and delivering high-quality results. You'll collaborate with internal and external teams, adapt Agile methodologies, and contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Address risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Oversee change requests, implementation planning, and project transitions.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and strong team engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience).
• Experience:
• 5 years in project management, preferably in healthcare (not required).
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certifications:
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
