An established HVAC company is seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is experienced in the layout and installation of residential and light commercial ductwork and piping systems, including split systems, VRF, boilers, package units, fan coils, and more. As an Installation Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of HVAC system installations.
Compensation : $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience. Pay may exceed this range based on qualifications.

What you'll do :
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and estimating team to create accurate and competitive bids.Work alongside the Sales Manager to ensure residential jobs are seamlessly transitioned to the installation teams.Partner with the commercial Project Manager to plan and meet workforce demands effectively.Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure materials and equipment are ready to meet project deadlines.Organize and oversee the schedules and staffing of installation crews for both residential and commercial projects.Provide hands-on support to installation teams daily, addressing any challenges to maintain productivity.Visit the job sites to assess project needs and assist with bid preparation when necessary.Measure and plan installations, oversee duct fabrication, and manage the procurement of parts and materials.Inspect completed installations to confirm they meet company quality and performance standards.What you'll bring :
A minimum of 3 years experience in an Installation Manager role is required.
