As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating service calls and dispatching technicians to various job sites. This position offers a competitive pay range of $20.50 to $25.50 per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, life insurance, short-term disability, vacation, sick time, and paid holidays.
Responsibilities :
- Receive incoming service requests and inquiries from customers
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure timely arrival and completion of service calls
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and job status
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during service calls with professionalism and efficiency
