Oversee critical IT services, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, NTP, SFTP, databases (e.g., MS SQL), email (Exchange), and SharePoint.
Manage enterprise network architecture, including switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls to ensure secure and efficient LAN and WAN connectivity.
Maintain data center facilities, including power, network, cooling, and physical security.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and security standards, including backup and monitoring strategies aligned with service requirements.
Oversee budget planning and execution, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships for IT services and infrastructure solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of Network, Database, and System Administrators, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, preferably in a dynamic, enterprise-level environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint), networking (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers), and cloud/hybrid IT environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT Service Management (ITIL best practices) for streamlined IT operations.
Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and implement strategic solutions.
Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable navigating change, driving digital transformation, and implementing new IT strategies.
