What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain expense codes and allocation rules.
Help design, implement, and develop a cutting-edge expense allocation system.
Work closely with teams across the firm—including Fund Accounting, IT, Operations, and Compliance—to ensure seamless expense management.
Ensure compliance with fund documents while maintaining accurate logs of decisions.
Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting systems and processes.
Solve critical accounting and reporting challenges.
Handle special projects and analysis for firm leadership, making an impact at the highest levels.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
2-5 years of accounting experience in public accounting, private equity, fund admin, compliance, or similar fields.
A B.A. or B.S. in Accounting (or related field). Bonus points if you’re a CPA or have equivalent certification.
Proficiency in Excel and a strong grasp of accounting rules and practices.
Exposure to private equity, partnership accounting, or alternative investments (a huge plus!).
Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
