What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations, preferred
Experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceutical, aerospace).
Knowledge of lean concepts and methodologies.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and adapt quickly to change.
