- Developing and implementing financial strategies that support the company's growth trajectory within the aerospace sector.
- Providing guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with strategic goals.
- Conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitoring financial performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including oversight of audits and risk management.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team and employee base, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting business growth by evaluating and overseeing financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Overseeing financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Managing cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize the company's financial resources.
- Providing regular financial health updates to the CEO and Board of Directors, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Establishing and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance, ensuring accountability and transparency.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in financial leadership within the aerospace and aeronautical manufacturing industry.
- Proven record of successfully scaling smaller or emerging companies to achieve $100 million or more in revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly and persuasively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in aerospace, including government contracting and export controls.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into strategic insights.
