Keltia Design Inc. is a well-established local Aerospace technical support and training company in Bothell, WA, we are celebrating our 24th Anniversary this year! This position is part time.

Essential requirement: We are looking for someone to attend events, fairs, and meet with clients in the local area when needed. They should have their own transportation.

Our company is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist Intern (Sales & HR Support) to assist us as we expand our operations. This position can be part-time, depending on the candidate's availability, with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

· Attend events, fairs, and meet clients in person.

· Assist the Office Manager in maintaining efficient office operations and procedures.

· Answer and make calls to the clients, utilizing excellent communication skills.

· Help maintain relationships with clients.

· Support the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates.

· Coordinate the administrative aspect of the Training Department.

· Help organize the annual holiday party and annual charity events.

· Attend in-person industry expos occasionally.

Requirements:

· Degree preferred not required

· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· We are looking for someone to attend events, fairs, and meet with clients in the local area when needed. They should have their own transportation with valid driver's license.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a small team of co-workers. The position is part-time, requiring a few hours a month based on events and client meetings.
