Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
NetSuite certifications are preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ongoing support of the implementation of a NetSuite ERP system.
The ideal candidate will follow best practices and align their work with company objectives while identifying opportunities for process improvements and creating solutions to enhance overall performance.
Reporting to the IT Manager
Analyzing business requirements and supporting necessary changes to optimize the system.
Gather and evaluate user requirements to guide NetSuite setup, configuration, and customization.
Oversee the completion of functional specifications, design, configurations, testing, and implementation.
Collaborate with the implementation team to design system changes and integrate new systems into company infrastructure.
Train end users on financial systems features and provide ongoing support for NetSuite functionality.
Develop reports and financial statements while maintaining system performance and documenting future customization needs.
Experience
5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience
Experience with manufacturing modules (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Design-to-Build) with configuration, training, and user support.
Completed 3-4 full NetSuite life cycle implementations, with solid post-go-live
Experience with feature additions, testing, and upgrades.
3-4 years of functional experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Warehouse Management Systems.
Expertise in developing custom reports, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, and managing data cleanup, conversions, and validation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
