Responsibilities :
As the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A you will will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and reporting. This position will be responsible for both short-term and long-term planning, FP&A activities, and ad-hoc projects.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with management to develop and execute annual and 5-year strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Financial Reporting :Upload financials into Host Analytics and reconcile schedules at month and quarter-end.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for Management Reviews, Board of Directors meetings, and ad-hoc analyses.Assist in the preparation of Monthly Executive Packages.Financial Forecasting :Participate in revenue and expense forecasting processes.
Monitor divisional and departmental adherence to approved budgets through monthly variance analysis and provide detailed explanations for financial results.Performance Analysis :Compile and report on key performance metrics (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Data Management :Ensure data accuracy and integrity within financial systems.
Develop and maintain efficient data management processes.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting, with a strong focus on revenue, margin, and spending analyses.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle EPM / CRM software packages, such as Smart View and Host Analytics, is preferred. Strong expertise in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.Soft Skills :Excellent understanding and application of financial principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources.Attention to detail and a diligent approach to work.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques is a plus.Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics is beneficial.A strong understanding of business operations and drivers is advantageous.
