In-person HR:
Growth opportunity for an HR Generalist with at least a solid 5-7 years of professional-level experience. Work history to include: staffing/recruiting, benefits, compensation, employee relations, timekeeping and payroll for 100 employees. Multi-state experience a plus. Meticulous and organized. Knowledgeable in current employment law. Must be flexible to work 40 hours plus overtime, if needed, during employee open enrollment, hiring of groups of employees in new locations, annual audits and for HR legal update changes. Must be able to deal with confidential information including legal requirements for PHI, etc.. Position will typically work Monday-Friday on site. Not a hybrid or remote position.
Required:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business with Human Resources concentration or a directly related degree; full scope successful work experience of 12-15 years in progressively responsible HR roles may be considered in addition to some education.
MUST have previous experience as stated: generalist experience with a minimum of 5-7 years in a full-time HR role. 8-12 years preferred. Validation of knowledge and work skills will be performed.
Experience with timekeeping and payroll software (APD, Kronos, Paychex etc.). Expert skill level in Excel; advanced skills in other MS Office software. Ability to multi-task in various computer applications while maintaining high degree of accuracy with all data.
HR Certification a plus.
