We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney on behalf of our client, a respected legal firm specializing in workers' compensation defense, to join their team. This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, with the expectation of travel to court as required for trial proceedings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in workers’ compensation defense cases, including trial preparation and appearances.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare persuasive arguments to advocate for client interests.
- Develop effective case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure timely and efficient handling of cases.
