On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Lateral Litigation Associate to join a prestigious litigation team in Portland, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented litigation attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation to join one of the nation’s leading law firms. If you have experience handling large-scale, sophisticated matters or working with e-discovery, that's a definite plus. A judicial clerkship is also encouraged.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.
- Partner with senior associates and partners on high-profile cases, working on both strategy and execution.
- Participate in all stages of litigation, including drafting motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues, from risk assessment to legal strategies.
