Position: Program Analyst – HR & Management
We are looking for a Program Analyst (HR & Management) on behalf of our client, a well-established IT solutions provider supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal agencies. This organization specializes in technology solutions and organizational support across various government sectors, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and more.
Location: The Pentagon (Hybrid – Telework at the discretion of the government)
Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance required

Role Overview
The selected candidate will provide administrative and program support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense OUSD (R&E) Business Operations Office. This role involves assisting with HR functions, space planning, travel coordination, performance management, and personnel tracking. The ideal candidate should have experience in Microsoft Office and familiarity with DoD operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain manpower rosters, phone lists, and office space allocations
- Support HR functions, including personnel tracking and executive resource management
- Assist in coordinating government travel and tracking budgets
- Manage performance reports and training compliance for Active Duty and Reserve personnel
- Develop and maintain office task databases and personnel change tracking
- Analyze manpower data and support performance programs
- Provide guidance on HR and personnel management processes
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of administrative support experience in HR, military personnel, manpower tracking, or related areas
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Background in DoD, Air Force Active Duty, or Reserves is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree (or two years of specialized military experience in place of education)
