1. Project Planning & Execution:
● Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
● Manage all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
● Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and in-house staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
● Align teams with Eclipse’s core values, ensuring transparency and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Multi-Project Management:
● Oversee and manage multiple jobs simultaneously across various locations in Florida, ensuring consistent quality and performance standards.
● Implement standardized processes and best practices across all projects to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
4. Proactive Scheduling:
● Maintain a proactive approach to scheduling, planning tasks and milestones weeks ahead to stay ahead of potential issues.
● Regularly update schedules to reflect real-time progress, anticipating and resolving conflicts before they impact the project timeline.
5. Attention to Detail:
● Ensure every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and executed, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
● Review plans, contracts, and documents carefully to avoid errors and ensure alignment with project goals.
6. Client & Stakeholder Communication:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, national account representatives, and other stakeholders.
● Ensure that clients are regularly updated on project status and that their expectations are met or exceeded.
7. Risk Management & Problem Solving:
● Proactively identify potential issues and risks, developing and implementing solutions to mitigate impacts on project timelines and budgets.
● Maintain a calm and solution-focused approach when dealing with challenges, ensuring the project stays on track.
8. Financial Oversight:
● Monitor project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs, to ensure financial targets are met.

9. Quality Control & Compliance:
● Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
● Stay updated on Florida construction laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all projects meet legal requirements.
✅ Requirements and Qualifications:
Your ability to plan, Schedule, and Manage a project with computer knowledge to effectively communicate with all parties is essential to this position.
• Must have extensive knowledge, understanding, and vocabulary to effectively manage the means and methods of all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Must have functional knowledge and understanding of all various types of plans, specs, shop drawings, and submittals. (You will be tested.)
• Must have working knowledge of Utility, Civil, and Structural Shell Construction in the
State of Florida.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Coordinate and contact vendors timely and be one step ahead at all times to keep the project on schedule. This is a two-week look-ahead process.
• Have a fundamental understanding of how phones, tablets, and computers operate with the ability and desire to learn and expand your knowledge of various software programs like Procore, MS Project and Outlook.
• Be able to communicate professionally and effectively with architects, inspectors, subcontractors and end users both verbally and in electronic form.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working within Florida.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Must be a Florida Resident and possess a valid Florida Operator License (Minimum Class E), have reliable transportation, and be able to reasonably commute to the job site.
• Must be able to operate a Lull and Scissor Lift (You will be tested), pass a criminal background check, and be physically in shape and able to lift 40lbs and climb a ladder.
• Must have own communication tools, i.e. Smart Phone and a Tablet or Computer.
