Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counsel and legal support to clients in Family Law matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and related areas.
- Draft, analyze, and negotiate various legal documents relevant to Family Law cases.
- Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf during negotiations.
- Stay current with New Jersey State and Federal laws pertaining to Family Law.
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients, offering support during challenging times.
- Contribute to the positive culture of the Williams Law Group.
- Manage a diverse caseload of Family Law cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.
- 5 years of Family Law experience (Estate Planning experience is a plus).
- Trial experience required.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive Family Law cases with integrity and discretion.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
