As a CFO you will oversee financial aspects, analyze accounts, and a solid understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial aspects
- Improve accounting control procedures.
- Month and year-end closing process.
- Weekly, monthly, yearly reporting.
- Manage team
- Reconciliation of key general ledger accounts.
- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Revenue and gross margin analysis.
- Budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- QuickBooks experience a plus.
- Accounting system integration a plus.
- Preparing financial statements.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in an open office environment.
- CPA preferred.
