Our client is looking for a Director of Finance Transformation to lead the optimization of financial systems and processes, driving initiatives that enhance the scalability and efficiency of our financial operations.
You will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Finance Transformation and support system integrations, reporting improvements, and strategic transformation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and change networks to execute communication plans and drive adoption of key changes
- Monitor and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, working closely with the EVP of Finance Transformation
- Act as the main point of contact for accounting and finance teams on system-related inquiries and troubleshooting
- Translate business and accounting needs into system requirements and develop customized reports to address evolving business demands
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of financial tools (e.g., NetSuite, Replicon, Vena) and their integrations
- Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-driven improvements
- Ensure the smooth integration of new systems into existing environments, meeting project timelines and budget constraints
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and execution to user acceptance testing (UAT) and progress tracking
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
- Maintain detailed project documentation to support organizational learning and transparency
- Facilitate key project communications, including kick-off meetings, status updates, steering committee briefings, demos, mock sign-offs, and retrospectives
- Automate reporting processes for intercompany projects, client profitability, utilization, and other critical KPIs
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing financial systems, processes, and workflows, aligning them with organizational objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance system capabilities
- Collaborate with the EVP of Finance Transformation to manage new tool implementations
- Provide actionable insights through ad hoc reporting as necessary
- Identify training needs and develop customized training content for different stakeholder groups
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Change Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic finance transformations and technology implementations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in full-cycle finance system implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and support
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
