Hybrid Opportunity
Responsibilities :
Manage a team and lead projects for the Head of Finance and CFO
Prepare and oversee monthly and quarterly financial reports, including projections, performance commentary, and strategic recommendations.
Provide strategic input on key client proposals and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
Design and execute ad hoc financial reports
Identify inefficiencies across accounts and implement strategies to optimize resources, service levels, and revenue.
Develop initiatives to mitigate business risks, improving visibility and control.
Collaborate with leadership to align financial processes with client needs and organizational goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights that support growth and profitability.
Conduct financial modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
Lead financial integration efforts for newly acquired companies, aligning reporting processes, ERP systems, and organizational objectives.
Develop and streamline onboarding processes for financial systems and workflows from acquisitions.
Oversee ERP system enhancements
Ensure effective communication of financial data across acquired and existing teams.
Drive the development and implementation of best practices for financial reporting, processes, and ERP system upgrades.
Simplify financial workflows to deliver actionable business insights.
Skills :
Bachelors and or Masters Degree
Expertise in financial accounting, including P&L management, balance sheet oversight, and revenue recognition.
Advanced problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team-building experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
