We’re seeking an ambitious Fintech Sales Executive (Hunter Role) to join a cutting-edge technology firm transforming the alternative investment management industry.
Our client is a leading provider of enterprise and cloud-based fintech solutions, offering both software and consulting services to hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, and asset managers.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, positioning the firm’s industry-leading fintech solutions to top-tier alternative investment clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for New Business: Generate leads and build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound calls, meetings, and strategic outreach.
- Work with Top-tier Clients: Engage with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to understand their needs and sell fintech solutions that drive real impact.
- Promote the Product Suite: Deeply understand and promote the company’s innovative suite of products, including analytics, back-office solutions, data management, and more.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets by successfully converting leads into customers.
- Leverage Experts: Work alongside a team of product and industry experts to support your sales efforts and close deals more effectively.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for the firm to grow its product and service offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience in Fintech Sales: At least 5 years of experience in software/solutions sales within the fintech industry, specifically targeting the buyside (hedge funds, private equity, family offices, etc.).
- Hunter Mentality: A true sales hunter who thrives on prospecting, building a pipeline, and driving new business opportunities.
- Experience Selling Complex Solutions: A background in selling solutions such as analytics, back office solutions, data management, EOD reporting, portfolio management, regulatory solutions, and more.
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: You have experience closing large, complex deals and working with senior-level executives.
- Strong Communication Skills: You excel in client-facing environments, with a knack for demos, presentations, and closing deals with C-level decision-makers.
- Industry Knowledge: You understand the workflows and pain points of alternative investments, and have a deep understanding of how hedge funds, private equity, and family offices operate.
