Senior Accountant

Our global client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, consolidations, and financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, handle audits, and support other financial processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple global entities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports) in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead day-to-day financial operations, including overseeing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support AP, AR, Tax, and Revenue functions with accurate accounting support
• Support and mentor staff accountants
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, finance, operations) to support business goals and maintain financial health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA is preferred).
• Strong experience with financial consolidations, audits, and preparation of financial statements.
• Minimum 3 years in full-cycle corporate accounting or public accounting audit experience with progressive responsibility
• Proven experience thriving in a changing and dynamic environment
• Experience using Microsoft suite of products and commercial ERP systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP and other financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
