Job Description : We are a fast-growing employment law firm in Beverly Hills, looking for a motivated and ambitious Employment Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities in a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Case Preparation - Analyze employment disputes, develop case strategies, and organize case files.
- Negotiate & Settle - Handle claims involving discrimination, wage disputes, workplace harassment, and wrongful termination.
- Represent Clients in Mediation - Advocate for clients and facilitate effective dispute resolutions.
- Draft & Review Legal Documents - Prepare demand letters, settlement agreements, and other case-related documents.
- Legal Research & Compliance - Use LexisNexis and Westlaw to build strong legal arguments and keep clients informed about federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage Cases Efficiently - Utilize MyCase or similar legal software to keep files organized.
