Responsibilities :
- Assist in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in discovery, including document review, drafting discovery requests and responses, and conducting depositions under supervision.
- Work closely with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure excellent client service.
- Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials as appropriate.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation, including creating trial binders, exhibits, and witness outlines.
- Stay informed about legal developments relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
