Job Title : Labor & Employment Associate (PAGA / Defense)
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Base Salary : $210,000-$260,000 / year
Job Overview :
We’re seeking an Attorney with 3 years of experience to join our Labor and Employment department.
Responsibilities & Qualifications :
- PAGA - Experience with wage and hour class actions is essential.
- Defense-side focus.
- The associate will primarily work on employment litigation, handling both single-plaintiff and class action cases.
- In addition to a solid background in employment litigation, candidates should have experience in providing employment law advice and client counseling.
- Knowledge of traditional labor law is a plus.
- Active admission to the California State Bar is required.
- Strong academic qualifications are necessary.
