Job Title : Litigation Paralegal (Discovery Experience Preferred)

Compensation : $25-$40 / hour (Based on Experience)
Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is integral to supporting our attorneys with discovery-related tasks in a plaintiff-focused practice. Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests.
- Organize, review, and analyze documents for production and case preparation.
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure discovery deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties via phone and email.
- Support case management by maintaining detailed records and tracking case progress.
- Adapt to evolving case strategies and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate work.
- Provide bilingual support (Spanish and English) in client interactions and document translations as needed.
