Base Salary : $180,000-$195,000 / year
Job Overview :
The PX provides leadership for construction projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and client satisfaction goals. This role is key in managing the Owner contract and serves as the primary contact for financial matters, billing, and overall project success.
Responsibilities :
- Lead project financials, set objectives, and monitor monthly performance.
- Oversee budgets, cash flow, and profitability, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
- Mitigate project risks, resolve claims, and improve operating returns.
- Supervise project operations, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and ensure efficient project closeout.
- Mentor team members, support growth, and promote company culture.
- Attend client and contractor meetings, ensuring compliance with project documents.
