About the Role:
We are seeking an Ultrasound Technician to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and assist radiologists with biopsy and drainage procedures. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate imaging, maintaining professional standards, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic sonography procedures following hospital protocols.
- Assist radiologists with biopsy and drainage procedures.
- Ensure proper high-level disinfection of ultrasound probes.
- Maintain high ethical standards and exercise professional judgment.
- Provide appropriate patient care and monitor patient safety during procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program and ARDMS registry eligibility.
✔ ARDMS registry must be completed within 6 months of hire.
✔ American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
