The IT Technician will be responsible for the following:
· Supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, windows mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc.
· Installs and maintains hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software.
· Installs, maintains, repairs, and supports all IT hardware.
· Troubleshoots, installs, and supports purchased and in-house software.
· Attends required meetings.
· Supports the operation on your shift.
· Sets up computer security measures.
· Offers technical support on-site or via phone/email.
· Continually audits our systems used in our plant to ensure operation.
· Occasional travel to other CLI locations for training and support
· Other duties as required.

Work Environment:
The candidate will spend time working in an office environment, well lit, and temperature controlled. Noise will usually be at a minimum unless near or within the plant. The employee will also be working in a warehouse environment and will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Employees in the warehouse will be exposed to variable temperature conditions based on the season. They will also be exposed to medium to loud noise conditions in the warehouse and may be working near vibration. Must be able to view a computer monitor and perform mouse and keyboarding tasks with dexterity and accuracy for extended periods of time. Must have adequate hearing, eyesight, depth perception, and color vision to perform duties.
