Summary: Assists with training, material movement, and the growth of team members. Plans, assigns and directs work. Appraises the performance of Team Members. Rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints as well as resolving problems. Involved in Multi-disciplinary, Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives companys Continuous Improvement Process and Policies. Ensures compliance to Comprehensive Dock Safety Procedures. Monitor the flow of labor and material in the Shipping Process.
