Our Seattle client is in the first aid / health care sector. They are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage their warehouse and staff of 5-10.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years in warehouse management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient warehousing systems, with a focus on reducing costs while maintaining high standards of warehouse operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging cross-functional skill sets, including optimizing warehouse layouts, pallet locations, material consumption, and validation processes.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and monitor the effectiveness of process upgrades.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, continually seeking opportunities to improve both the team and personal skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and walk 15,000 steps a day.
Salary : Commensurate with experience, PTO, Benefits, 401k
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
