Our client is seeking a highly motivated Backend Python Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in deploying SaaS and on-premises technology solutions.
As a Backend Python Developer, you will be responsible for a significant portion of the development, deployment, and maintenance of SaaS and on-premises solutions. Initially, you will also manage a small team of remote developers. With successful fundraising, there is an opportunity to transition into a more project management-focused role.
Role responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Implement and deploy SaaS and on-premises solutions ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Integrate with various third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality.
- Lead and manage a small team of remote developers, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and product managers.
- Act as a project manager for various initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Propose and implement improvements to our development processes and tools.
