What You Will Do
- Design and implement high-precision computer vision systems for advanced manufacturing applications, focusing on sub-millimeter accuracy
- Develop novel software applications for complex robotic systems, integrating 2D and 3D vision capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy vision feedback systems for robotic motion planning and grasping
- Drive innovation in feature detection and localization within industrial environments
- Contribute to the development of next-generation manufacturing solutions that require 99.9% scanning accuracy
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3 years of hands-on experience developing computer vision solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong programming expertise in Python3 and/or C
- Proven track record of designing and implementing novel software applications beyond using pre-built tools
- Experience with modern computer vision libraries (OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow)
- Deep understanding of digital camera technology and optical lens properties
- Background in high-precision localization and feature detection
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation settings
- Track record of developing reliable, production-grade vision systems
- Knowledge of robotic systems integration
- Experience with tightly toleranced measurement systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
