What You Will Do

• Lead technical development of a customer-facing platform that simplifies ISP procurement and management
• Own the full product development lifecycle from architecture to deployment
• Build and scale web applications using TypeScript, React, and Go
• Interface with hardware systems and external ISP partners
• Drive technical decisions and establish best practices
• Potential to build and lead a team as the product grows

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Track record of owning major features or products end-to-end
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and web application development
• Strong product thinking and autonomous decision-making capabilities
• Prior experience at early-stage startups through growth phase
• Experience working with external partners and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

• Computer Science degree
• Experience with Go
• Background in products combining hardware and software elements
• Early engineering hire (first 5-10) at a successful startup
• Founder or early employee experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000 - $200,000
