What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives as the technical expert to drive enterprise deals
- Lead technical pilots with customer engineering teams
- Conduct hands-on programming sessions to demonstrate product value
- Host office hours and technical training sessions
- Influence product roadmap through customer feedback
- Present to stakeholders from developers to C-suite
Required Background
- 2 years of software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in multiple object-oriented languages
- Experience with modern development tools and AI-powered assistants
- Excellent communication skills and technical presentation ability
- Proven track record of customer-facing success
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer Science degree
- Experience in solutions/pre-sales engineering
- Background in developer tools or AI/ML products
- Track record of closing technical sales
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $140,000
- OTE: $200,000 (70/30 split with uncapped accelerators)
