About Us
We are on the forefront of deploying unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) swarms for defense applications and are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in automating, streamlining, and maintaining the development, deployment, and operational processes that support our unmanned ground vehicle swarms. The ideal candidate will specialize in continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code, and system monitoring, ensuring that our development and production environments are robust, scalable, and secure. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to build and refine a modern DevOps and Configuration Management infrastructure from the ground up, playing a critical role in the efficient and reliable delivery of cutting-edge robotic systems.
Required Qualifications
- CI / CD Pipeline Development : Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining CI / CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes for complex robotic systems.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Proficiency in using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Containerization : Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker, including orchestrating containers using Kubernetes or similar platforms to ensure scalable and consistent environments.
- System Monitoring : Experience implementing comprehensive monitoring solutions to ensure the health, performance, and security of production systems, with a focus on proactive issue resolution.
- Security Practices : Knowledge of best practices in DevOps security, including automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and secure deployment practices.
- Fault Management : Experience in designing systems for automated fault detection and recovery, enhancing system reliability and uptime.
- Comfortable working in the high-paced, fluid environment of a tech startup.
- Excited to contribute to the defense of the United States and its allies.
- Able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
- Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ area.
Preferred qualifications
Compensation : $120-150k base equity
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
