Salary Range: $90,000-$150,000 base plus 0.15% - 0.50% equity.
A fast-growing platform is seeking its first Engagement Manager to focus on building strong relationships with recruiters while driving platform adoption and success. This role involves a blend of sales, customer success, operations, and product feedback to ensure recruiters have a seamless experience and achieve their goals. Role Overview
As the Engagement Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for recruiters, supporting their success while working cross-functionally to refine and enhance the user experience. This role is critical in bridging the gap between recruiters and the platform, ensuring mutual growth and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales (30%): Sell the value of the platform to recruiters, guiding them through adoption and demonstrating how it can scale their business. This requires effectively communicating new user behavior and opportunities.
- Customer Success (30%): Provide VIP-level support to recruiters, ensuring their needs are met and helping them achieve their objectives on the platform. Develop strong, lasting relationships.
- Operations (15%): Streamline tedious processes to enable higher-leverage work, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Product (15%): Act as a product ambassador by providing feedback to improve the recruiter-facing side of the platform. Identify opportunities for new features to maximize user satisfaction and engagement.
