Salary Range : $120,000-$200,000 base plus 0.5%-1.50% equity.
The Founding Engineer will work with the founders to build a category-defining product, continue scaling it to massive enterprises, and become a leader in the organization.
Our client is looking for someone who is excited by this challenge and the impact we'll have if we do this right. This is going to be intense early-stage startup work; the person our clients hire is expected to become a leader and help form the company's vision and culture.
Our client is backed by YC, Bessemer, General Catalyst, 8VC and we're based in NY.
Role responsibilities :
- Manage customer engagements, driving implementation and customer success.
- Own and dictate the direction of new products based on customer requirements.
Salary : $120,000 - $200,000
