Salary Range : $110,000-$150,000 base plus 0.1%-.2% equity.
Our client is a Customer Support Platform optimized for B2B companies. They've created a full ticketing system allowing you to track customer issues across Slack Connect, Email, Microsoft Teams, In-App Chat, and Tickets. Our client is a 14 person, Series A startup, located in-person in San Francisco, and are hiring a Founding Field Marketer to join our team.
Role responsibilities :
- Generate pipeline from new sources.
- Organize and attend physical and digital events.
- Host dinners for Support Leaders (e.g. VPs of Support, Directors, etc.).
- Host webinars with customer support leaders.
- Host the first Pylon conference.
- Attend support and B2B SaaS events.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
