- Lead and mentor a team of two Product Managers

- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with 300-400% growth targets
- Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams

Required Experience
- 5 years in product management
- 2 years managing Product Managers
- Strong background in growth-stage startups
- Experience in high-touch B2B sales environments
- Track record of scaling enterprise products
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA a plus)
Ideal Background
- Prior success scaling products from early adoption to broad market acceptance
- Experience at companies during crucial growth phases (Series A-C)
- Background in go-to-market or enterprise sales
- History of supporting and empowering sales motions
