As a key member, you will :
Develop and Refine Products : Build and enhance our core platform that powers our product.Make an Impact : Collaborate with our teams to revolutionize government contracting and procurement operations.Solve Unprecedented Challenges : Address complex issues in applying LLMs in government-related settings.Rapid Iteration : Iterate closely with customers to improve user experience, performance, and security.Grow With Us : Play a vital role in expanding our engineering team.Qualifications
Proficiency in a backend language (eg. Python).Experience with relational databases like Postgres.Proven track record in developing exceptional software, especially in enterprise.Prior experience in AI and large language models is a plus but not mandatory.Extreme care about the end user experience and take pride in building exceptional products.Demonstrated passion for start-ups or early-stage companies.Must be located in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate.Experience
At least 1 years of experience in infrastructure focused engineering with a focus on security and scaling platforms.Experience with AWS; On-prem deployment experience is a plus.Prior experience designing and building large, complex systems.Versatility across the stack (server, database, deployment) is essential.Bonus
Background as an early engineer in a rapidly growing startup.Experience in renowned product organizations (e.g. Linear, Ramp)Compensation : $140-180k base equity
