Recruiting from Scratch is a talent firm that focuses on placing the best candidate for our clients. Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across North America, South America, and Europe to help them hire.

Salary Range : $100,000-$150,000 base.

You should have the following :

  • 8 years of industry experience in a fast-paced startup or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with full stack electrical product development including : requirements definition, schematic design, PCB layout / manufacturing, debugging, and production testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Altium Designer.
  • Embedded programming skills, specifically on STM platforms.
  • Strong lab skills (Oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc).
  • Automated testing experience.
  • SMT soldering / PCB modifications.
  • Ability to obtain US top secret security clearance.

Nice to haves :

  • UAV electronics design experience (PX4 / Ardupilot flight controller design or similar).
  • Experience with analog video systems (CVBS / PAL / NTSC).
  • Experience with digital video systems (e.g. MIPI-CSI).
  • Experience with camera design.
  • Experience with BLDC motor drivers.
  • Experience with RF communication, DSP, or FPGAs.
  • Experience with LoRa.
  • Controls experience (e.g. PID controllers).
  • Experience with antennas and RF routing.
