What You Will Do

• Pioneer the development of monocular 3D pose estimation models for sports applications
• Create and optimize video preprocessing pipelines for real-time analysis
• Collaborate with biomechanical physicists to extract meaningful features from 3D pose data
• Design and implement ML model deployment strategies on AWS
• Work with an in-house data collection lab to build comprehensive training datasets
• Drive technological innovation alongside the founding team

Ideal Candidate Background

• Extensive experience in computer vision and machine learning engineering
• Deep expertise in 3D pose estimation, particularly single-camera applications
• Strong foundation in deep learning and state-of-the-art video/image models
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in biomechanics or sports-related ML applications
• Experience with real-time performance optimization
• Track record of ownership in fast-paced environments
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
