They've built a command center for revenue teams that provides unprecedented visibility into customer journeys and marketing performance. With 150 B2B customers and rapidly expanding, they're positioned to become a category leader in their space.
What You Will Do
Serve as the keystone of the marketing team, working alongside a soon-to-be-hired Sr. Digital Manager and additional marketing team membersCoordinate and integrate efforts across multiple teams—ads agency, STO agency, content writers, influencer marketing agency, and SDRs—to create cohesive demand generation campaignsManage HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Live broadcastsCollaborate with digital and SEO contractors to ensure paid and organic strategies align with campaign objectivesPlan and execute both virtual and in-person events, including executive dinners and industry conference activationsCreate compelling thought leadership content about marketing analytics and ROI optimizationSegment email databases and optimize customer journeys to determine the most effective nurture cadencesManage marketing spend / budgeting, track progress toward full-funnel metrics, and report campaign performance to stakeholdersIdeal Candidate Background
5-10 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in demand generation, campaigns, operations, or eventsPrevious experience as Director of Demand Generation or in a similar campaign management roleTrack record of managing agencies and integrated marketing campaigns with measurable resultsExperience collaborating with sales and customer success teams to create full-lifecycle campaignsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneouslyStartup experience and comfort with fast-paced environments where prioritization is essentialEnthusiasm for using analytics to inform marketing decisions across all channelsPreferred
Experience in B2B SaaS marketingEarly marketing hire at a seed or Series A startupExperience building and scaling marketing programs from the ground upFamiliarity with marketing analytics platformsCompensation and Benefits
