What You Will Do
- Build foundational elements of an AI development platform used by hundreds of thousands of builders
- Create innovative solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tiptap, y.js, and various LLM APIs
- Design and implement features that make complex AI capabilities accessible to non-technical users
- Collaborate closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced startup environment
- Help shape product strategy and technical architecture decisions
- See your code directly impact how an entire industry evolves
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4 years of experience building real products that actual users depend on
- Experience building with AI technologies - a true "AI engineer"
- Strong TypeScript skills (used throughout the stack)
- Front-end development experience (React/Next.js)
- STEM degree from a competitive university
- Understanding of system design and architecture principles
- Track record of shipping side projects or demonstrable building experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a founder, CTO, or technical leader
- History of taking initiative to fix problems without being asked
- Demonstrated user-centric approach to development
- Strong communication skills with high information density

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $220,000
