WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize the user journey and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact opportunities
- Develop and own growth metrics, creating data-driven strategies to achieve business goals
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Build and manage a quarterly growth roadmap aligned with company objectives
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:
- 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years focused on growth/conversion in B2B SaaS
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact through product initiatives
- Experience with web-based enterprise tools and products
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
